Refunds

All sales are final

Praxis is a download. The moment you buy, your license key and the installer are yours, and there is nothing to send back. We do not give refunds, and there is no trial period after a purchase. Please be sure before you pay.

Try it before you buy

The plugin's layout is on the front page to click through: the chord pads, the progressions, the five sound slots, the dice and the effects. It makes no sound, but it shows you exactly how Praxis works. Check the formats and system notes in theFAQ too. If you are not sure it will work with your setup, email support@praxisplugins.com before you buy and we will tell you straight.

If something is broken, that is different

Not working is not the same as changing your mind. If Praxis will not install, will not activate, or does not do what this site says it does, write to support@praxisplugins.com and we will sort it out with you.

What you agree to when you buy

By buying Praxis you are asking for the download straight away, and you accept that any right you would have had to cancel ends as soon as the key and the installer are available to you. That is at the moment the purchase goes through.

If a payment is reversed

If a payment comes back to us for any reason, the key stops activating. Computers already activated stop working the next time the plugin checks in, and you should delete your copies.
