If Praxis isn't for you, email support@praxisplugins.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days of the purchase. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. You don't need to explain.

What happens to the key

When the refund goes through, the key stops activating. Computers already activated stop working the next time the plugin checks in, and you should delete your copies.

How long it takes

We usually issue the refund within two business days. Your bank can take a few more days to show it.

After 14 days

We don't offer refunds after the window, but if something is broken, write to us anyway. We fix things.
