Any DAW that loads VST3 on Windows, and VST3 or AU on macOS. FL Studio is where it was built and tested first; Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Studio One, Bitwig, Reaper and Cubase all load the same plugin.
Both are included in the one purchase. The macOS build is universal (Apple Silicon and Intel) and installs the VST3, the AU and a standalone app. Windows gets the VST3 and the standalone.
Download the installer from your account page and run it with your DAW closed. On Windows, the first run may show a "Windows protected your PC" notice: click More info, then Run anyway. On a Mac, if it says the installer can't be opened, go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway, then run it again. Rescan plugins in your DAW and Praxis appears as an instrument.
